Site surveys are the first step to improving efficiency in maintenance, energy consumption and inventory, and the first step toward achieving the longest possible life of equipment without unexpected breakdowns.

CBC’s complete surveys of plant and equipment provide the customer with a comprehensive dossier of a site’s major mechanical componentry in application order; and it cross-references OEM part numbers to CBC part numbers and lists a full range of spare parts for that componentry. It details product numbers (including interchanges) and identifies commonality amongst equipment, allowing rationalisation of inventory. Surveys are carried out by experienced CBC Technical Services staff and product specialists in collaboration with customer personnel and are ideally conducted during scheduled shutdown periods.

This dossier is either distributed in hard copy to maintenance management or the information uploaded to Mincom LinkOne.
